NHS Website Re-Design

Watford Health Campus

We originally designed the Watford Health Campus website around 2005. At the time they needed a simple but good looking website that advertised what the campus was, how it would effect the community and how people can contact them.

They approached us again at the beginning of 2009 to re-design the website with a few extra 'bells and whistles'. On discussing the website with Project Manager, Kyle McClelland, we soon realised that the site needed a complete overhaul: it need to be built around Drupal.

As a content management system Drupal is second to none. We built the new campus website entirely around it, incorporating some exciting modules and systems to allow them to better communicate them and the campus project.

We incorporated a scrollable timeline to allow visitors to see past, current and future milestones. We added calls to action to encourage visitors to take a positive action on the site. We also built in news feeds, picture and video galleries and more, giving them a whole suite of tools to further promote the project and also have an online repository of information for the public and other visitors to browse.
