Accurately addressing the needs and requirements of our clients on their web design projects is vital. Before starting on a web project it is vital to have all the facts, know exactly what the client is expecting to receive at the end and what their thoughts and feelings are on all aspects of the project.

After we've had an initial chat we ask our clients to complete our Web Project Client Questionnaire. Once this has been completed it gives us all the information we need about our client and their requirements, thoughts and feelings about what they are looking to achieve with their new website.

Our Methodology

With the help and resources we've found on Web Re-Design 2.0 by Kelly Goto and Emily Cotler, we have developed and fine tuned a functional methodology that we work to for our web design projects, however big or small they are. We're using their pre-design questionnaire to help our clients give us an accurate brief on their project and also as an aid to inspiring them into thinking of further tools and functions they haven't yet thought of for their website.

The accompanying downloads from Kelly and Emily's website have proved invaluable to us in the development of our own web design methodology and we thank them wholeheartedly for their willingness to share their knowledge and resources.
